 Why did you choose BW Consultancy AB?

I chose BW Consultancy AB because I have known Sara, the founder, for a few years from when we were both employed in the same organisation. During that time, we developed a strong professional relationship and became friends. We made a great team working on EU projects, which I found both rewarding and enjoyable. When the opportunity to collaborate again arose, I seized it because of our positive past experience, the success we achieved together, and the potential for continued success.

What do you like about the job?

I am passionate about communication and particularly enjoy working on graphic design and creating new campaign ideas. I thrive in environments where creativity is central to the tasks. 

Why did you choose to become a consultant?

I chose to become a consultant because it offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects. I appreciate the variety that consulting brings, which keeps my workday interesting and challenging. It allows me to apply my skills in different contexts and continuously learn and adapt to new environments and challenges. 

Tell us something fun about yourself.

Creativity is at the core of who I am. I love engaging in DIY projects, such as making carnival costumes with my kids and crafting personalised gifts. These activities bring me joy and help me stay creatively inspired, which benefits my work as well.
